Returns Policy

We want your crockery and tableware to arrive ready for the table. If something is not right, contact Tableora so we can review the situation.

Eligibility

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items should include original packaging when possible. Personalized or final-sale items noted on a product page may not be eligible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us at (302) 878-0491 or hello@tableora.com as soon as you can. Please include your order information and clear photos.

How to start a return

  • Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and reviewed. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.
